What we hold. If you only read the site or join the free Telegram channel, HorseWhale holds no personal data about you; channel membership is managed by Telegram. If you start a trial or subscribe to Pro, we hold your email address, your Telegram chat ID if you link it, your followed horses, notes and alert settings, and a Stripe customer reference, so we can deliver your alerts, provide access to HorseWhale and manage your subscription.

Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. HorseWhale never sees or stores card details.

Dashboard sign-in. We use your email address to send a short-lived sign-in link through Resend. We store only hashed sign-in tokens and hashed web-session tokens, with their creation, expiry, use or revocation times. The secure session cookie is used only to keep you signed in and access is checked against your current HorseWhale entitlement.

Analytics. The website uses analytics (Google Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic. No analytics identity is linked to any Telegram or payment record.

What we do not do. We do not sell data, share it with bookmakers, or use it for anything beyond delivering and improving the service.

Deletion. Message support@horsewhale.com from any address, or contact us via the bot, and your account records are deleted once your trial or subscription is closed.
