Common questions about pricing
Is HorseWhale free?
The app is HorseWhale Pro, and your first 7 days are free. The HorseWhale Telegram channel is free for everyone: the day's biggest moves, how each one finished, and The Review at 21:00.
Why do you need my card for the free trial?
So Pro carries on without a gap if you decide to keep it. You pay nothing during the 7 days, and we email you 2 days before the trial ends.
How do I cancel?
From your account page, any time. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing. Cancel later and Pro stays open until the end of the period you've paid for.
What's the difference between monthly and annual?
Nothing in what you get: both are the full Pro. Annual is £99.99 a year, which works out at £8.33 a month and saves £199 against paying monthly for a year.
Will my price go up?
Not while you stay subscribed. If our prices change, you keep the price you joined at. If you cancel and come back later, you pay the price at that time.
Do I need to connect a bookmaker account to use HorseWhale?
No. HorseWhale watches published prices, connects to nothing and places nothing.
